Save Money on Stamp Duty

Save Money on Stamp Duty by buying a Geelong Constructions home off the plan reducing stamp duty on the building, saving a bundle on purchasing your new home. While stamp duty is still payable on the land component, you will only pay stamp duty on the building work to date. If building hasn’t commenced then you save this portion of stamp duty. Buying prior to commencement allows you time to sell your home, save a bit more money towards the purchase price if needed thus allowing you to obtain a new home at a very reasonable price.

Stamp duty savings are available prior to commencement and during construction

You can still gain the benefit of buying off the plan once we have commenced building. Stamp duty is only payable on the amount of construction work that has taken place. We currently have a few townhouses/units we are about to commence in 4 weeks time.
